iTunes 7 – Add artwork to ogg albums
You can add ogg files to iTunes 7 (see http://www.xiph.org/quicktime/) but ogg files don’t contain an artwork element and you can’t associate artwork with themin iTunes, unless the artwork is in the iTunes library (and you are logged into the iTunes store). iTunes Art Importer tries to fill your artwork in from Amazon but writes to the actual files so it won’t work for ogg.
This spoils the look of your pretty iTunes library a bit.
This forum post explores some options for adding the artwork to the ogg files without success:

BUT
What I am wondering if you can add a zero length file of a type that can accept artwork (mp3/aac), then use the album name and the compilation flag (right-click and ‘Get Info’ in iTunes) to associate with the album, then add the artwork to that file? A zero length file should not ruin your listening, and iTunes will show the artwork as long as it appears on one file in the album.
I tried to find a zero length mp3 file on the internet but to no avail. I’ll have to try and create one somehow.
